To buy a domain or make an offer, reference the domain name and email sales@urloutlet.com or use the quick offer form below.
1. Overview
URL Outlet allows third-party domain owners (“Sellers”) to submit domains for possible listing on urloutlet.com.
URL Outlet is not a registrar and does not guarantee that any domain will be listed or sold.
2. KYC and Verification
URL Outlet may request basic “Know Your Customer” (KYC) information before accepting or keeping a domain listed.
This may include verification of your name, contact information, and proof of ownership for the domain
(such as registrar screenshots, WHOIS data, or confirmation emails). URL Outlet may decline or remove a listing
at any time if ownership cannot be verified or if the domain appears to be involved in fraud, abuse, or rights infringements.
3. Eligibility and Restrictions
You must be the legal owner of the domain or have clear, written authorization from the owner to list the domain for sale.
You agree not to submit domains that infringe on trademarks, violate applicable laws, or are connected to illegal activity.
URL Outlet reserves the right to reject or remove any domain at its sole discretion.
4. Commission / Fees on Sale
When URL Outlet facilitates a sale of a third-party domain, a percentage-based fee is charged on the final sale price.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the default commission is 15% of the final sale price.
The commission is deducted from the buyer’s payment before funds are released to the Seller.
5. Promotion / Featured Placement
Sellers may optionally pay to have their domain promoted or featured (for example, prioritized placement on the page
or highlighted styling). Promotional fees are separate from any sales commission and are non-refundable once the promotion
period begins. Details (duration, price, and positioning) will be agreed to in writing (including by email) before any
promotional placement is activated.
6. Payment, Escrow, and Transfers
URL Outlet may use third-party escrow services (such as Escrow.com) or other payment methods to help secure transactions.
Any escrow fees may be split between buyer and seller or allocated as agreed in writing before the transaction.
The Seller is responsible for cooperating promptly with the transfer at the registrar of record once payment is confirmed.
7. Taxes and Legal Responsibility
The Seller is solely responsible for any taxes, reporting, or legal obligations arising from the sale of their domain(s).
URL Outlet does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice.
8. No Guarantee of Sale
Listing a domain on URL Outlet does not guarantee that it will be promoted, receive inquiries, or be sold.
URL Outlet may remove inactive or low-quality listings at any time.
9. Changes to Policy
URL Outlet may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the listing service after changes are published
constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
